General conditions of sale BG Promotions, Inc.

Article 1: Scope of application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the BG Promotions, Inc. network. Is considered as "client" any natural or legal person making with the company BG Promotions, Inc. an order validated via our secure payment platform, or by check or cash.
